We have a new member of our household today. A little hamster I think we'll have to name JESUS!

Back on Christmas Eve, I'm sure you remember, we bought two hamsters for Kathrynn. Two FEMALE hamsters, they assured us, sisters, from the same litter.

Apparently somewhere, something went terribly wrong.

Today while I was at work I got a call from home to announce that Belle had "borned a baby!"

I guess this explains why she was the fat mean one!

I don't know if there are more little miracles to come. Do hamsters often have just one baby? It's been HOURS!

Guess it's time to go read up on hamsters.
